Our Policy
1. We accept returns and exchanges provided the customer contacts us within: 3 days of delivery.
2. However we don't accept cancellation.
3. Customers ship back items within 7 days of delivery.
4. Please contact us if there are any problems with the order.
5. Because of the nature of following items, unless they arrive damage or defective, we don't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital Downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
6. Return and Exchange Details
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in the original condition.
- The refund shall be made after deducting the shipping cost.
- Refund shipping is to be paid by the buyer
- We will not be responsible for custom charges in India, if payable on returned goods.
- Returns will be accepted only when sent via Registered Post (First Class International Mail) with no Commercial value & declared as 'Sample'.
